Poland’s Energy Union proposal: a fair deal for both the EU and Russia?

In April this year, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk published a column in the Financial Times calling for the creation of an Energy Union based on six pillars with thegoal of making energy more competitive and secure in the EU and its neighbourhood.
